What is Art Party Boss?

Art Party Boss provides parties, workshops, classes and camps. We also offer DIY projects to go, and free online tutorials. 

 We are a mobile provider and will bring the party to you or to a venue of your choice! We have years of experience creating art with kids. We can’t wait to share what we do with you!

What is included in a Party?

  • We provide a beautifully decorated art table that says this day is special!
  • All of the supplies needed from brushes, canvases, paints, glitter, gems, fun embellishments. (varies depending on project) 
  • An experienced and fun party host that knows how to guide your guests from start to finish in creating their own masterpiece.
  • Aprons for all participants to wear during the party.
  • Paper products for cake and drinks.
  • All set up & clean up to ensure our parties are as stress-free as possible for you!

What’s NOT included in a Party?

  • Cake or any food items.

What ages are best for Art Party Boss Parties?

Our parties projects are created for the ages of 5 to adult. 

How many guests can you accommodate?

We have experience with all size groups; from small parties of 6 to a larger group of 35. We will have a second instructor for groups over 20. Our base price is for 12 participants, but extra guests can be added for an additional fee.

What time will you arrive?

 Our preference is to have 30 -45 minutes to set up and make everything look fabulously festive!  We do need to do our set up prior to guests arriving.

How do I reserve a party?

You can email us, or call to request a date.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit of $75.00 will reserve your party. All deposits will be deducted from your final party bill. The balance is due at the end of your party.

What if I need to reschedule?

You may reschedule up to 72 hours before your party without losing your deposit.

What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your party at any time up to 7 days prior to the date of your party and receive a refund of your deposit less a $10.00 service fee. If you cancel inside of seven days from your scheduled party, you will lose your deposit. At this point we will have prepped materials specific to your event and may have declined other party requests based on your booking.

Can Older/Younger Siblings Join In?

Yes! Many of our parties have siblings, parents & grandparents involved in the fun! It is important we have accurate numbers beforehand so we have the right number of supplies. (If you will have a wide range of ages at the party, please let us know. We can modify the project  for those who are older or younger.

Do You Provide Party Favors?

Yes we do! We have lovely, unique party favors that your guests will love! We create personalized favors for your guests to match the theme of your event.

 When should I have food arrive if I’m having it delivered?

We recommend having your food delivered  1 hour after the start of your party. The art project will the first activity and will take approx. 1.15 hours to complete. Some projects run longer; depending on age and kids.

Do I tip the host or hostess?

If you feel that your host or hostess was exceptional at leading a fun party and providing your guests with a fabulous art experience, then absolutely! 

How much does a Party Cost?
Our parties start at $285.00 for a party of 12 participants. Additional fees would apply if:
you add guests, favors, party add-ons, need extra table or chairs, live outside our travel area.
